Originally, the wrong product was delivered, still beautiful Noro wool, but a different weight. However, within minutes of my email to Janette, she replied, apologised & advised that the correct product was already packaged for redelivery AND she said to keep the incorrect delivery. That is great customer service. We're human & errors can occur, it's how they're dealt with that makes the difference! I do now have the correct yarn & it's gorgeous.
